JOB DESCRIPTION

You are skilled in IT and love technology! Your job entails supporting our worldwide Toptracer Range customers over email, phone, and through on site visits. As a result, you have a friendly and customer service oriented mindset. You will learn about the technical aspects of Toptracer Range to the extent where you can handle most support cases. You need to have a broad computer experience and we prefer that you are familiar with both Windows and Linux environments.

You will evaluate and contribute to our server monitoring facilities. We try to detect problems before the customer even notices them. We would like you to show an analytical mindset and general mathematical understanding. Knowledge of statistics is considered a merit.

We also value if you are an experienced and knowledgeable golfer!
