Toptracer is the global leader in golf ball tracing technology and is transforming both TV broadcasts and the golf driving range experience. To support our rapid expansion, we are recruiting for an additional Install Design Architect who will be an integral part of our European operations team.
As an Install Design Architect you will oversee the execution of complex projects by understanding clients’ requirements, identifying gaps (if any) between the clients’ requirements and Toptracer Range system functionalities, and defining solutions to bridge the gap.
You will ensure that Toptracer hardware solutions are able to integrate with clients’ premises, and you will find the solution to any challenges which suggest the Toptracer product will not be able to integrate.
You will ensure that clients’ understand and take action on any improvements to their site infrastructure in order to be in line with Toptracer system requirements and ensure internal stakeholders understand the limitations of each site
This role will require travel across Europe for at least 50% of your role and be comfortable in a client facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- You will create 2D & 3D site plans for clients showing how their Toptracer Range system will be installed – using CAD software (eg. SketchUp).
- You will have a sound understanding of electrical installations in order to advise on best practice for installation of power terminations ahead of Toptracer system installations.
- You will have a sound understanding of ethernet and fibre data networks and network design in order to advise on best practice for installation of Toptracer network hardware prior to system installation.
- You will ensure compliance to Toptracer’s system parameters in the discussion, implementation and management of all Toptracer projects.
- You will work closely with clients and business representatives to understand their business needs and you will design unique plans to tackle the needs of each business or client to ensure the Toptracer solution can be successfully implemented for them.
- You will understand not just the needs of the client and business but also the overall impact that the Toptracer solution may have on the profitability of the client and their business, so that you can fully accommodate their Toptracer solution needs and ensure the successful implementation of the Toptracer product.
- With support from the infrastructure team, you will communicate IT/networking requirements to Clients
- You will interpret site plans to understand the structural properties of clients’ sites and plan suitably for the locating of system hardware.
- You will review and approve proposals from suppliers for any project that requires external input to ensure that quality inputs are suitable and thereafter delivered at the least possible cost
- You will keep accurate records of materials used, expected deliverables, and milestones achieved
- You will work closely with logistics/operations teams to ensure that correct stock items are ordered to match individual site needs and are fit for purpose.
- You will ensure that project milestones are accomplished at the agreed and right time
- You will provide consultancy guidance and technical support during project implementation to the project installation/operations teams
- You will identify and mitigate business risk or risks associated with implementing the Toptracer solution and ensure that all risks are appropriately mitigated and managed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience
- UK Driving License
Required Competencies
- Must be IT literate with sound knowledge of computer/network hardware and software.
- Must be able to effectively communicate issues of a technical nature to clients in simple terms.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge/skill with at least one 3D CAD software application - preferably Sketchup.
- Able to think laterally and develop new solutions for implementing Toptracer Range hardware.
- Ability to set and meet targets is also very important as most projects have limited time frames.
- An interest and an understanding of the game of golf.

- Ability to speak in different European languages.
The Toptracer Range Account Manager’s primary duty is to manage and develop relationships on all TTR accounts that cover UK and mainland Europe. This will include emphasis on being part of the final stages of the sales cycle, assisting in the handover from install to completion and ensuring each venue is performing to its highest potential.
Toptracer Range is a camera - based ball-tracking technology and gaming platform that transforms the driving range experience for consumers and the businesses for driving range owners and operators. The candidate will create his / her plan and be responsible for delivering revenue results. Other key responsibilities include building and fostering relationship with partners, managing the end-to-end sales cycle and attending conferences and events to grow the Toptracer Range business. The successful candidate must be a passionate and proactive visionary in driving the adoption of Toptracer Range. He and she must be a strong leader, extremely well organized, detailed oriented and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in managing the later stages of the sales cycle alongside the sales manager.
- Play a key role in the handover from installation to completion.
- Assume account management responsibilities in maintain the existing relationships of Toptracer Range’s partners.
- Support venue launch events and other marketing initiatives particularly around new feature launches.
- Assist in the post-sales projects and interact closely with inside sales, operations, training and marketing teams to ensure a great experience for our partners.
- Support venues with effective reporting to assist in site performance.
- Collate success stories and feedback from existing venues to utilise in future sales opportunities.
- Create partner events to develop a TTR community.
- Communicate monthly via phone and yearly with site visits.
- Attend conferences and tradeshows.
- Attend industry networking events.
- Participate in regularly scheduled meetings to measure sales progress and track results.

Toptracer is looking for a hands-on leader to build and drive the gaming elements of its Toptracer products. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering new features and enhancements and managing the project teams and deliverables. This role requires xyz … execution to ensure overall project delivery and performance against key metrics. The role reports directly to Toptracer's Manager for Game Development and will be based in Topgolf Sweden's office in Stockholm.

For our Eagles team, building software for improving scalability, efficiency and productivity for our operations, we’re now looking for a senior software engineer. With a solid background in the field, you will be involved in technical decisions within the team and take an active part in architectural and strategic discussions. However, your focus will be to write code, preferably in the whole stack.
The team owns and develops a set of services and tools, mainly used internally by support technicians, installation teams, operations and sales. This role will be responsible for building Toptracer broadcast kits for our network partners, maintaining existing hardware, keeping inventory of gear, and continually optimizing the Toptracer broadcast hardware.
