How a central Florida golf facility brought new life—and lots of new business—to its bays.
Traditionally a practice-focused facility, Tee It Up was looking for ways to enhance the customer experience by infusing an element of entertainment.
Using Toptracer, the range was able to develop a series of weekly programs that appealed to its current customer base and even attracted new demographics. Tee It Up also hosts year-round competitions with the help of Toptracer Range leaderboards.
Sales: The impact of Toptracer was felt immediately. Following the installation of just 8 Toptracer bays, Tee It Up saw an increase in revenue of 22.5% in less than two years.
Thanks to this immediate success, Tee It Up has been able to increase pricing (five times in five years) and install more Toptracer bays. Today, the facility has 41 total Toptracer-enabled bays offering three Toptracer products—Monitor, Mobile, and Outdoor Monitor.
Customers: Tee It Up has become a hub for the local university’s golf team. The instant feedback that Toptracer provides has proven to be helpful for the squad’s practice and training. The facility has also seen a marked increase in the number of women using the range and staying longer.
Staff: To accommodate the increase in business, Tee It Up hired three new team members.
